Where do I find the trucks?: Click on the links above to look at HESS, SERVCO-WILCO, and other trucks.
How do I purchase a truck?: Click on the "More Info" button for details on the truck. When you find the perfect truck, choose the quantity you would like, and click "Add to Cart." When your cart is filled with the products you want to purchase, click on "Checkout."
What are my payment options?: Our new system gives you the ability to pay with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Please contact us for help with other payment methods.
How large are the Hess, Servco and Wilco trucks?: Depending on the models their size ranges from 11" to 17" long. Most are a 1/32 scale and a few are 1/24 scale..
What are these trucks made of?: Basically they are made of child safe durable plastics with batteries for lights and sounds.
Do I need to confirm that you have the trucks in stock?: No, you do not need to confirm that we have the trucks in stock. Our new online store automatically monitors our stock. If we don't have the trucks you need, the system will tell you.
